Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives – no card, no online payment needed.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free across all seven emirates. Most orders arrive in 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Will you contact me after I order?
Yes. Our team will call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
Does the Bakhoor Hair Comb come with bakhoor?
No, bakhoor is not included – use your favourite oud chips, mabsoos or incense pieces. No charcoal is needed.
Is the IPL device safe for my skin?
It has a skin-tone sensor and 5 energy levels. It is not suitable for very dark skin or for blonde, grey, white or red hair. Always do a patch test and start on the lowest level.
Can I return an item?
Yes – unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Faulty items are replaced or refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.
