Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Dar Al Zeen order. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Check before you pay. All orders are cash on delivery, so you can see the parcel before paying the courier.

7-day returns. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. For hygiene reasons, hair tools and beauty devices that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or faulty item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return: message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will arrange the pickup. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within 7 working days after we receive the item.
